Hybrid Brewing Technology

  • PDF

HBT (Hybrid Brewing Technology – patent pending) is our flag ship process developed with the exclusive purpose of producing a highly concentrated beer that once hydrated and carbonated results in a beer of uncompromised character and quality. The taste is equivalent most microbrews on the market. To the consumer… it’s just a great tasting beer! But under the hood…shines an environmentally and economically superior product that that stands beside no other beer on earth.

Question: Why call it Hybrid Technology?
Our beer is highly concentrated which means that it has a high percentage of alcohol (like Vodka, whiskey, or other distilled spirits). However, when you add water and carbonation to it… it becomes good old beer. So… from one minute to the next we’re not sure what to call it. Is it a distilled spirit? Is it beer? Is it both? It’s a Hybrid!

NF (nested fermentation – patent pending)
At the heart of our Hybrid Brewing Technology resides the nested fermentation process. It is this phase of our process that results in a dramatic reduction in energy consumption during our beer concentrate production process. It has reduced the energy demands of our brewing process to the point where we have nicknamed it “Cold Fermentation”. Maybe not as great of a contribution to mankind as “Cold Fusion”, but were pretty proud of it none the less.
