Pat's Backcountry Wine™

We anticipate moving forward with the production of "Pat's Backcountry Wine™" shortly after our first (of many) Pat's Backcountry Beer™ goes into production.

Due to the un-carbonated nature of wine, these fine beverages will not require any additional equipment (i.e. one of our Pat's Backcountry Carbonators™) to enjoy. Just add water, and raise your glass of cabernet, merlot, or chardonnay to another day spent in paradise!

Of course... since using one of our Pat's Backcountry Carbonators™ is still an option... I guess we'll have to get busy making a fine Champagne (sorry... "sparkling wine") as well.

So I guess this will change your plans for new years!
